Kwa Chong Seng is a distinguished Singaporean business leader with an extensive career spanning multiple industries. He is currently the Chairman of UltraGreen.ai and has held several other high-profile positions, including Non-Executive Chairman of Singapore Exchange Ltd. and Chairman of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd. With a wealth of leadership experience, Chong Seng has been at the helm of 14 different companies over his career.

Chong Seng is a resident of Singapore, where he earned his undergraduate degree from the National University of Singapore and is widely recognised for his contributions to Singapore’s business and public sectors.

Ravinder Sajwan is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Co-CEO of UltraGreen.ai.
In addition to his role at UltraGreen.ai, Ravinder “Ravi” is the CEO of Renew Group, where he has overseen the development of innovative healthcare solutions designed to improve patient care globally.
Ravi’s leadership is characterised by his strategic vision and a focus on transformative technologies, particularly in imaging and healthcare. He is recognised for his ability to foster collaborations and build strong teams, contributing to the company’s growth and success in a competitive industry. His dynamic roles throughout his career place him at the forefront of medtech, software and AI innovation, shaping the future of healthcare through the integration of technology and patient care.
Ravi has an impressive track record as the founder and leader of four successful startups, where he served as CTO and COO. Each of these startups achieved multi-billion dollar exits, and the products developed by his teams significantly improved performance in networking technologies such as Ethernet, telecommunications and the Internet. These innovations helped create new multi-billion dollar markets and are now integral to products at major companies like Tektronix, Avago, Cisco and Intel.
In recent years, Ravi has shifted his focus to developing products for the healthcare industry, consumer markets, medical devices, software and power generation. Ravi leads a talented team dedicated to delivering innovations that target global markets and have a meaningful impact on humankind.
Ravi is on the board of Ultralinq, Diagnostic Green, Renew Group, 5HE and various other startups. His current interests and investments include in Cloud Infrastructure, CPG, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices and related software.
Ravi completed his undergraduate studies at IIT, Varanasi, India and earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, New York University Tandon School of Engineering, New York, USA
Co – Chief Executive Officer
As Co-CEO of UltraGreen.AI, Rick leverages his 40 years of experience and expertise in supply chain, manufacturing and C-level management. He oversees the group’s largest division, Diagnostic Green, as President and provides executive guidance and P&L responsibility for Hub Pharmaceuticals, the group’s US wholesale distribution unit.
Rick is passionate about delivering high-end products and solutions that enhance the quality and safety of surgical procedures, such as ICG dye and other indicators of perfusion levels. He is also skilled in strategic planning, process improvement, product development and ERP/WMS systems integration across diverse and complex product lines and markets. He has successfully launched and managed multiple international supply chain projects and partnerships, achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Rick is a visionary leader who drives growth and innovation in the pharma and medical device fluorescent imaging market.
Previous experience include executive positions at Diagnostic Green LLC, Renew Health, Hub Pharmaceuticals LLC, Fisker Automotive Fisker Automotive, Next Autoworks Company ad Stonepath Logistics.
Rick is on the board of Renew Health Ltd and was previously Chairman of the Board at Cardiox. Rick completed his BS in Business Administration at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA.
Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director, Europe & ROW
Declan has extensive experience in overseeing operations, distribution, marketing, sales, and strategic direction for the business. With 20+ years of experience in the medical device industry, he has led international expansion projects, including setting up new manufacturing operations, engineering, R&D and distribution channels. He has held senior management roles at leading multinational companies bringing extensive expertise in manufacturing, operations, commercialisation and team leadership.
Previous experience at executive level included positions at American Medical Systems (AMS), Ireland, Cellnovo Group, Abiomed (Johnson and Johnson Group), KCI Manufacturing, Conor MedSystems (Johnson and Johnson Group) and Medtronic.
Board memberships include Diagnostic Green Ltd, Renew Health Ltd and Renew Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Declan completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Athlone Institute of Technology (TUS), Ireland and has further qualifications in Configuration Management and Sig Sigma- Lean Kaizen.
Chief Financial Officer
Eamon is an accomplished CFO with extensive experience in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and management. He plays a key role in overseeing financial operations, optimising tax strategies and managing the business for expansion. Known for expertise in budgeting, forecasting and risk management, he provides valuable financial insights that support long-term business success and profitability.
Previous financial roles include positions at Dublin Airport Authority, Ireland; Cosgrave Property Group, Ireland and Deloitte.
Eamon is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has also earned a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Chartered Accountants Ireland, an Honours Master of Accounting Degree, Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree, University College Dublin, Ireland.
Chief Commercial Officer, Americas
Mike is a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with over 30 years of experience in cutting edge surgical technologies and is known for consistently surpassing ambitious growth targets. He thrives in fast-paced, complex sales ecosystems, leveraging his strategic insight and analytical acumen to forge strong, trust-based relationships that drive long-term success. As a five-time Presidents Club award winner, Mike has demonstrated a proven ability to lead teams to success, outperform the competition and deliver exceptional results in competitive markets. His leadership and commercial expertise make him a key player in driving sustained, scalable growth.
Previous positions held include senior and executive positions in Diagnostic Green, Beeken Biomedical, Medtronic, Baxter Advanced Surgery and Covidien.
Mike was awarded a Bachelor’s degree, Economics and Business Administration, from Hillsdale College, MI and completed advanced studies at the Kellog School of Management, Evanston, IL.
Chief Commercial Officer, Ex-Americas
Fidelma is an accomplished Senior Executive in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Communications with extensive experience in the international pharmaceutical and medtech industries. She is a strong strategic thinker with proven analytical, negotiation and commercial skills, an effective team leader and player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills used to build collaborative relationships. She has over 25 years’ expertise in pharmaceutical and medtech healthcare environment and has written and presented extensively on key aspects of these sectors. Fidelma has also played a central role in supporting corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well post-acquisition integration in a number of previous businesses.
Previous experience includes senior and executive positions at Renew Pharma, Synecco, Innopharma, Alkermes plc., and Elan Corp plc.

He focusses on optimising financial performance, streamlining operations and identifying new market opportunities in his current role. Mairead is a highly regarded legal professional with extensive experience as Head of Legal, specialising in managing international operations, overseeing company secretariat functions and negotiating complex commercial agreements. She has a strong background in corporate governance and compliance, while successfully guiding the business through regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions. Known for providing strategic legal advice, Mairead plays a key role in mitigating risks, ensuring contractual integrity and supporting business growth in global markets.
Mairead previously held positions of increasing responsibility in the legal practice of A&L Goodbody LLP, Zurich Life Assurance PLC and Zurich Insurance PLC,.
