Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong network of surgical experts in fluorescence-guided surgery across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Act as a trusted clinical advisor and liaison to surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare professionals, fostering relationships and driving engagement with UltraGreen.ai’s technology.
- Support the design and execution of clinical trials and pilot studies to validate and implement UltraGreen.ai’s quantification technology in surgical workflows.
- Provide hands-on clinical support during pilot studies and technology implementation, ensuring optimal integration into surgical practice.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate surgical teams on the benefits and use of fluorescence-guided surgery and UltraGreen.ai’s solutions.
- Gather feedback from surgeons and clinical teams to guide product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, marketing, and commercial teams based in Europe and the USA to align clinical insights with business goals and product strategies.
- Stay informed on regional healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and advancements in fluorescence-guided surgery.
- Travel extensively within Southeast Asia to build relationships, provide clinical support, and drive adoption of UltraGreen.ai’s technology.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Medical or clinical qualifications such as a degree in Nursing (RN), Biomedical Science, or related disciplines.
- A background in surgery, perioperative care, or operating theatre environments is highly desirable.
- Clinical experience working directly with surgeons is essential.
- Proven expertise or hands-on experience in fluorescence-guided surgery or similar advanced surgical techniques is highly preferred.
- Established networks within the surgical community in Singapore and Southeast Asia are a must.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and protocols, including pilot study implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical applications for product adoption.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for advancing surgical innovation.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Southeast Asia.
